With Gooru, a free search engine for learning, you can quickly find topic-relevant, standards-aligned resources and organize them into teachable and sharable “collections” — all in one place. Xenia coordinates community and partner outreach for Gooru, a free search engine for learning. Gooru is developed by a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization whose mission is to honor the human right to education. Xenia is a marketing and social media specialist who is passionate about working with non-profit organizations, in particular education non-profits. Although she does not come from a teaching background, Xenia has tutored, mentored and coached youth, and she was inspired to work in education by the numerous amazing teachers she has had. She joined Gooru in November 2011.
