We are so excited to have an amazing educator, Heidi Samuelson, as our special guest presenter for this webinar! She is passionate about using technology with her students and will share some of her favorite tips and tools!
Webinar Description:
This webinar is designed to share some of my favorite “tips and tricks” for using technology in my fourth grade classroom to enhance students’ learning and connect them beyond the four walls of the classroom during the year. Join me to learn more about ways to help your students’ create an online learning journal with a FREE Seesaw account. See how easily students can create content and upload to their journal to keep a digital record of how they grow throughout the year! Learn ways to share links and important information with parents through a safe texting service called Remind. Share geography as well as help your students develop better communication skills through Mystery Skyping…I’ll even share how my class stays engaged and active as they compete with classrooms around the nation in a game of Kahoot using Skype. See how educators from around the WORLD are connecting to share math strategies and solutions through Twitter with the Global Math Task Twitter Challenge! There are so many ways to integrate technology into your daily teaching that will help you enhance your students’ learning, break down the classroom walls, and connect your students with authentic audiences!
