Whether you are a new school librarian getting a jump start on your new adventure or have been a school librarian for a few years (or more) and need a boost to restore that "new librarian smell" this is the webinar for you! Join Nikki D Robertson as she shares 5 Tips for New School Librarians (and those who aren't so new) based on her personal insight developed through 25 years as an educator and school librarian. A Nation Without School Librarians Google Map
This map developed in March 2010, illustrates the number of school districts within the U.S. that have eliminated their certified school librarian positions. Despite documented research that indicates the value of a certified school librarian to the academic achievement of students at all levels, the insanity continues in 2013.
