IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT:

You are invited to join the LIVE streamed sessions from Educon 2.01 held in Philadelphia and hosted by Chris Lehmann and the Science Leadership Academy. There are many outstanding educational technology leaders facilitating the conference sessions! You can view the schedule, session descriptions and times on the agenda link below. It is going to be a FANTASTIC learning opportunity and we hope many of you will plan to participate in as many sessions as possible. There are 10-12 sessions for each time block and if technology cooperates, they plan to stream all of them - great news! If you can't join the live sessions and participate in the conversations you can view the recorded sessions.

One incredible event that is taking place on Saturday (10:00-11:30am EST) is a Flat Classroom Debate facilitated by Vicki Davis and Julie Lindsay. This session is a virtual link-up with the Flat Classroom Conference happening simultaneously as Educon in Doha, Qatar. There will an opportunity for audience members from both sides of the world to interact with the teams and ask questions. There will also be a final poll to determine a winning team of the debate.
Debate Topic:
"Education Systems successfully prepare students for flat world global challenges"
Our next regularly scheduled Classroom 2.0 LIVE event will be held on Saturday, January 31, 2009 at 12:00noon EST. Please check back for the topic and newbie question of the week.
