Check your audio settings

If you are having trouble hearing, you will need to check your mic/headset configuration by running the audio set up wizard.
Click on the tiny red speaker in the upper right corner of the Audio & Video Widget to find the menu for the Audio Setup Wizard and follow the tutorial.
